A non-refundable Zelle deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service. Payments are due within 24 hours of service and late payments will reflect a $5 late fee.

Appointments must be canceled more than 24 hours in advance. No refund will be given on the deposit if you cancel in less than 24 hours.

Reschedule/cancel via your email confirmation if ever needed. If rescheduling/canceling BEFORE 24 HOURS your deposit can be transferred to your next appointment.

Notice of cancellations made in less than 24 hours will incur a $35 fee. Also, **cancellations made at the last minute or on-site (with less than one hour’s notice or when the crew arrives) will incur a $50 fine.
